Eligibility

•       Candidate must be external to Fierce Hound.

•       Candidate must not have applied in past 6 months through any medium.

•       The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 2 months of the initial referral date.

•       Employee will be eligible to the Bonus when a referred candidate joins.

•       Referred Candidates will be evaluated according to company’s standard interviewing policies.

Bonus Processing

•       Amount of bonus will be payable in two slots. (Rs. 2500 per slot)

•       1^st payment will be done once 1^st month of employment is completed and 2^nd payment will be done on completion of 2^nd month of employment.

•       Employee needs to fill “Annexure for Referral Program” and submit Soft/hard copy to the HR.
